"The worst company I have ever worked with..."

Their botched work gave me a flooded basement! Since September 2016, Nusite has done nothing to fix the damage they did to my home! After months of excuses, they finally agreed to a refund; however, they reneged on it a week later because they they didn't want to pay me back for their careless exterior work when my insurance company was now going after them for the damage caused in my INTERIOR basement: Damage that all inspecting parties agreed was caused by Nusite's poor work. Run away!

I am a general contractor in the GTA who executes lots of custom homes and renovations. I use these guys regularly. Like all companies online you need to speak to them in person to know if they are legitimate. They have since executed 15+ projects for me varying from $1,500-$100,000.00+ without fail great group of hard working fellas. They are my go to for basement lowering, foundation work and waterproofing. Highly recommend,

Months ago, Nusite made my mother's basement leak categorically worse, as independently verified by forensic engineers. Her tenant's interior dry wall has had to be taken down, exposing damp foundation wall. What a terrible thing to live with during the holiday... I'm heading over early to dinner to shovel melting snow off their inept weeping tile excavation. Nusite's taken ZERO action.

Completed a basement lowering project for us last month. The original contractor doing the job almost destroyed our foundation and an architect recommended Nusite to come look at it. Dave was awesome to work with, very professional. It was a big, messy and complicated job and they did they best they possibly could given the problems we had. Very happy with the outcome and would recommend them again.

Disastrous experience. Promised the world - delivered half of what was promised months past completion date and with hassles and arguments along the way.

    They repaired my ...

They repaired my leaking window well about 2 months ago. Dave, the owner came out and spent an hour with me going over how the repairs would work and how to avoid this problem again. The work they did was great, very neat and the cost just like the estimate said. Will def use them again.

    Sealed Crack In Foundation Wall

We had a new central air unit installed a few months ago and they drilled through the foundation to run some hoses to the outside of the house. After a few months, a crack started appearing around the hole and was getting bigger. Over the Summer it started to leak when it rained really hard. Nusite came in and had to dig out a small section of our yard to expose the crack and fix it. They did a good job, didn't break anything and didn't leave a mess. They did the work as quoted so I'm happy about that. I haven't had a leak since.

    Mold in Basement

We are getting ready to renovate our basement and discovered a mold infestation while removing the wall insulation. Apparently we had a few small leaks in the wall and over the years, the area between the wall panels became full of mold. Nusite came in and did a total clean out in a few days. They didn't leave a mess and were professional in their job. We were concerned that the mold would spread all over but they sealed the area off and were careful not to contaminate the rest of the house. Would use them again.

    Cracks and Leaks in Basement

I had two cracks in my basement wall that started leaking several months ago. I had it sealed once by a neighbor, who was a plumber, but it only lasted about a month before it started leaking again. I looked online and found nu-site, they gave me a quote which was not the cheapest, but competitive. They sealed the 2 cracks as well as spotted an additional one hiding behind some insulation. They cleaned up when they were done and the guys that came were very polite. I would use them again, but hopefully won't have to.

    Sealed Basement Cracks

Had several cracks in my basement wall and they would leak whenever we had a heavy rain. It started about a year and a half ago and seems to have gotten worse over the past 6 months. I tried having my neighbor seal it, but it started leaking again within a few weeks. Called several waterproofing companies and got several quotes, some of them were outrageous (be sure to get several quotes). One gave a low price, but discovered they weren't covered by wsib, not sure if they were insured at all. Finally went with Nusite contractors for the job. They gave a reasonable quote and I liked the guy that came by for the estimate. They stayed within budget and cleaned up before they left. They said the job is under warranty and to call if any problems, but it's been almost 3 months now and it seems to be working great.

    Sealed crack in our basement

Just wanted to say thanks to nusite for doing a nice job with the crack, and leak in our basement. We thought it was going to be a huge job and expense, but after spending quite a bit of time assessing the situation, they were able to successfully seal it from the interior. It's been about 6 weeks now and 3-4 rainstorms and it's dry in our basement still. Thanks
