The vending machi...
The vending machine ate my money and when my friend went to ask the manager, (who we assume) for help, he ignored her until another worker got his attention for her. Then, he proceeded to be immature and said in a whiny tone, "I can't" and walked away. Then, he finally came over to the vending machine that I was at, only to be very rude and continued to lecture me on how a vending machine works (he had no idea himself). I then asked for my money back and he refused to by saying "No" in a condescending tone. He eventually got my money after banging on the machine angrily multiple times and making my friend I feel very uncomfortable and unsafe. He then walked away grumpily without an apology. Overall, we had an unpleasant experience at this theatre because the "manager" was acting childish, and impatient. We were astounded at the level of immaturity this grown man portrayed. I assume he only acted like this because we were teenagers and did not deserve the same respect as an adult. So disappointed.
