In short if you want to find the best deals on the firearms products that you are purchasing then this is the place for you. and if you find it cheaper somewhere else, they will price match! I like to say support local, however the price savings is to much to ignore. And they have sales on all the time !
They sent me a used gun And told me it wasn't used. Scammers! I bought this for my kids as a gift.
quick to charge your credit card but its been almost two weeks and still haven't shipped my order...seems crooked. i will not do business here again.
I dont not suggest purchasing from them. I recieved a damage magazine tube extension for my shotgun. The threads were damage and wasnt able to installing it on my shotgun. I emailed them immediately about the damage. And told me they couldnt do anything for it. Cuz them box was opened. I asked for an exchange and also said no and noting else was heard from them.

Was sent the wrong gun.. their website showed a different model then what I recieved. I made sure I asked the sales rep ..am I going to recieve the EXACT gun in the picture.. She said YES. When I called they argued their reps would never say that.. offered me a free tenda hat! I said Id only wear it if it says TENDA-SUCKS. I read the bad reviews and took a chance.. dont be me. I spent $950.00.
Are not truthful over the phone even when they do pick up. Fail to respond to email. Will never shop here again. What a joke.

After placing my order there were some bumps along the way regarding transfer of information. Tenda was great to deal with in particular “Jason”. They also had offered to upgrade my purchase at no extra cost. I would shop with Tenda again.
Bought an expensive rifle here. It had a major defect that developed within a few days. They refused to exchange the rifle or help me. Poor customer service and they do not stand by their product.
This may get redundant, but Id like to shout out to Wellen and the Tenda team for great customer service and prompt shipping. Placed my order late Friday night, called Wellen for credit card info Saturday afternoon, got my order Thursday evening.
