    Had him fix a fold down diningroom table, did not put the hinges in properly and advised me not to keep them in as they would damage the table, I have spent many hours over the years trying to fix this and have called him many times but it is still not done. He does not fix his mistakes just denies them.

    Terrible!

    Had an antique set and chairs refinished. Paid to have chairs repaired and all of them are still loose. Used wrong product to finish table (told by a carpenter). Cannot put anything remotely warm on the table as marks are left on the finish--it is a dining table afterall. Thoroughly disappointed. Paid a lot of money for a set that cannot be sat at or used for a family dinner.

    As of today's date the customer has not responded to my response. Very hard to fix something when you do not know who you are dealing with.
