1/4 chicken meal was no larger than a chicken wing. Plastic pieces in the mash potatoes. Only offered a $5 credit. Keep it. Worst customer service in Canada!
Chicken was burned and fries cold.We went there on June 29,2019. The place was not busy at all- nearly empty. It took the waitress 15 minutes to come to our table after approaching the hostess at the door . Waitress took our order and took another 30 minutes to get it. The people around us were also complaining about cold fries and burned chicken. Waitress took it away and came back but the same issue. Every one around us were not happy about the cold fries and burned chicken. Not coming here
Food was delicious, as always. The staff was very friendly, and the service was excellent. I will definitely be returning and will recommend itto anyone looking for good food and service at a reasonable price
My family and i always enjoyed eating here but not anymore. The last 2 times we went to swiss chalet it was terrible. The waitress was very rude to us, my parents order salads and they never came. The waitress said she forgot about them. The chicken was so dried out it was very hard to eat. We will not be going back. Terrible service!!!!!
My husband I ate in Dec 23, 2017. Service was okay. Our server was run off his feet. He did well considering the amount of people he had to look after. we ordered 2, 1/4 chicken dark meat. Twice in 3 months the chicken legs were not cooked enough and was sent back. Too pink. We have always loved the chicken so tender and falling off the bone. Not so. Will never go there again. Never like the atmosphere.
I just called to place a delivery order it took 25 mins to place order they r very rude I had to call back cuzthey refused to give me my total never order ahain
Placed an online Order. I was at the pick up window at time it said it would be ready. Restaurant did not have my order ready. When I checked my order from 20 mins before your website indicated it was still processing. Not impressed. Had to wait another 10 mins

Must be the most un sanitary place in Sarnia.
If there is any health check going on in Canada they should check this place out as it's very unsanitary, no matter how many times we asked to replace the duty plates and utensil they just took it and didn't bother bringing a new ones.
The chicken is like a day old chicken and they just mix em up with pasta and sauce.
