    been waiting since 1:30 am for a repair guy to call to show up and yet none has happen i called in twice to see what is happening to be told some one is calling me any time that was at 3 am it is now going on 6 am and still nothing ..... 24/7 i doubt it

    shut down my furnace before starting to install a new water heater looking for more work and when I had another license gas company check furnace they found no problem.

    2 service calls for the same issue within 15 days, charged both times and still have the same issue.. They might as well have sent the company janitor over to troubleshoot.. Both techs there for less than 30 mins.. I would seriously question whether these guys are licensed hvac techs.
