With lots of ambition, hard work and family support, Giovanni's is now one of the most famous restaurants in the city of Sault Ste. Marie. I have never been to this restaurant before and...

I have never been to this restaurant before and for my first visit, I was very impressed. The quality of food and the quantity of it was excellent. The waitress handles the tables very well. She mixed up some ofd the orders but that was understandable. We had atleast 20 people. Well I will gladly come back again. I was actually insisting on having my wedding reception here. I will call you to get all the details. Once again Thank You Kim

How can a restaurant of such apparent high regard...

How can a restaurant of such apparent high regard in this city run the way it does. Our waitress was friendly however, the owner (as we were told) was rude to the workers and had little to no respect for his staff and patrons. The food was alright, but with the summer heat even their air conditioning left us in mid-January. This restaurant is over-rated and should be left up to different management. End of discussion!

The food has usually been very good.. however...

The food has usually been very good.. however this time i was not impressed.. the bread was delicious along with the calamari and salads.. but they meals were disappointing.. the dessert was apparently very good.. but the service was very very poor.. it took a long time for someone to actually come and wait on our table. And our waitress was very rude.

We sat down at our table at 6,00pm and placed our...

We sat down at our table at 6,00pm and placed our order,,,half hour later got our salad and there we sat...nothing.Finally at 8.10 pm I asked where was our food and the waitress said it was ready now.Because of a committment we said put it in a takeout and she did....when we got to our motel(across the street) and opened the containers it was now what we ordered and by then too hungry to care. I feel there were too little staff for the amount of patrons.
