I came here to do eyelash extensions... it took the lady 45 minutes to complete them... she rushed them, She glued like 3 fake eyelashes to ONE real lash, which is very dangerous... and she was VERY ROUGH. I felt a couple real lashes pulled out.
I went somewhere else to get them taken off... the glue they used was like crazy glue, the fake lashes would NOT COME OFF !! Ruined my real eyelashes completely...
had to wait 3 months to get them done again...

I was just there today. A "spa" should be a calm and peaceful experience... instead I had the employee doing my lashes talking in her home language with her coworkers loud in my ear the entire time. She would stop to carry on more of the conversation. She glued a part of my eyelid shut and ripped the tape of the other one which hurt so bad because she didn't separate the tape from the lashes. I will NEVER go there again. WORST SERVICE EVER. Spend your money and time elsewhere!
I went to get individual eyelash extensions here. The technician did not do a test patch for allergies. I had them done and the next day I woke up with my eyes swollen shut! They were itchy and red and dry and scaly. So I went back to the salon and She refused to removed them for me, and said to put some lotion my eyelids instead!! ery very unprofessional people! They did not take any responsibly or offer an apology! Please if you value your health never go here!!
Recommeded by my friends to come here, and boy was I impressed! My technician, Shirley did my lashes. I had an event to go to today, but i was literally the spotlight. If you want good lashes, you better go there!
I came here before Christmas, and it's still going strong now! It's lasting really well, still looking like new! Its a clean place, and I've been taking very good care of my eyelashes. The tech told me that since its my first time getting them done, they may fall faster, but I dont see it falling too fast. Im very impressed with their service, I'll definitely come back again!
Its a great place! I've been searching around Toronto for a place to get eyelash extensions, and many of my friends suggested me here! I was anxious at first, but the results were truly satisfying! I will be coming back for sure!
You get what you pay for truly at this place. They cut my actual eyelashes once done she told me I could open my eyes while the glue was still very wet. I basically sat there eyes crying rivers and she didn't even offer a tissue. My bottom lashes got stuck to the top I mentioned it to her and she simply cut my bottom lashes? I also got a wax here and paid for a full face wax and she only did half of both my sides and my eyebrows.. I guess that's everything on my face..? Never again.
I love this place!Spectacular service and fantastic staff!Very sanitary, staff is always washing their hands, making it clean and safe to touch their client's faces. I am truly impressed with this Spa. The owner, Wendy, is the on who did my service. She is truly a warm and kind person, wanting to meet all my needs. I will recommend all of my friends to come here. I want to do many other services. It is truly relaxing. I can feel a different atmosphere than other spas.A place worth spending money
