    Customer Service is terrible, Its been 3 weeks and I have yet to hear the manager call me about my issue with CIBC. After the Manager promising to follow up or get one of his FA to follow up. TERRIBLE JUST PLAIN TERRIBLE SERVICE, WHAT KIND OF BANK DOES TO CATER TO ITS CLIENTS.
