Do not book with this company! We had the most terrible experience! We booked a costume rental weeks in advance, all was confirmed with an email invoice. On the day of the event they didn’t show up! After calling many times on the day, we got a hold of them 30 min past when they were suppose to be there! To top it off he had not left yet & said he would another 45 min! When we called him again about 25 min after that to ensure he was he didn’t pick up and didn’t show! CompletelyUNPROFESSIONAL!
