This is one of the most amazing eye glass shops I have ever been to . The customer service is above and beyond amazing. The greeted me with warmth and kindness as soon as I entered the store. . the eye exam was done with great care and they took their time to ensure the prescription was accurate, I did not feel rushed or pressured. they provided a tray of treats and they had caramel candies, my favorite. I walked out the same day with the glasses I needed.

I'm so speechless of how Excellent service it is. 101% will come back if I need new glasses.

I have never had such a great fast service. As usual,I was prepared to spend an hour looking for the right frame. Hamid found the best frame for me, put the order through the insurance, and made glasses right away. I walked out with the ready glasses in 30 minutes. Amazing! Absolutely amazing service.

Took in my glasses, with a broken frame and lens popped out, expecting the worse. They were repaired in a few hours. Friendly service. Very reasonable charge. Would definitely use this business again.

We've received the most amazing service from Optical Trust! We purchase the most adorable Spider-Man glasses for him for a reasonable price. The owner was really kind and good at explaining how our son should care for his glasses. We went back a few times for readjustments and the owner was happy to see us and carefully adjusted the glasses to make sure they fit properly. Being 6 years old, my son had an accident with his glasses and broke off one of the arms. We were totally expecting to have to purchase a new pair but instead, the owner took good care of us. I can't express how happy we are with this eyeglass place!!! I will for sure be returning for my next set of glasses and will be recommending them highly to my family and friends!
