    HORRIBLE Customer Service

    Service is Horrible. Booked an appointment 2 weeks in advance, groomer, who happened to be the manager, called in sick and they waited until I got there to tell me, and wouldn't re-book for another 2 weeks. Didn't even recieve an appology for my time wasted. They have horrible customer service because they simply don't care, either way they get paid their $11/hr. I expect more when I pay over $100 + tip every 3 months, they lost a customer today. Find a private groomer that cares!

    Today I was to buy a quick treat during a dog walk and immediately on entering the store I notice three employees trying to pick the lock on the office/supply room door which they had locked themselves out of. They were very busy trying to break into the office. There was only one cashier on duty when I went up to the cash and there was a very long line up of people (maybe 7 or 8 people waiting to checkout,) and the store was very warm. I was waiting and waiting for my turn then after about 10

    If you can avoid ...

    If you can avoid it - GO TO ANY PET SMART other than this location. The customer service here is BELOW par (even as high up as management level). I actually rate this location in the negatives, but I am forced to give a rating to submit this review.

    Been bringing bot...

    Been bringing both of my small dogs to PetSmart on William Kitchen Drive for a couple of years now. I find the service to be excellent and the staff friendly and courteous. The best thing of all is that my dogs do not seem to mind visiting them for their grooming!

    most of the staff...

    most of the staff are kids-very young adult with little or no knowledge of what we ask them. This includes, dogs, bird supplies, cats & fish dept. Why even operate this location. Their grooming department is a night mare too. No matter the price they tell ya, it always seems more & their groomers are barely, having just finished courses, so are being taught what they need to finish their grooming conditionals

    PetSmart @ Kenndy Commons has just lost a customer

    Made a grooming appointment a couple of weeks back, had it confirmed, and on the day of the appointment I was informed that we missed our appointment. They got the time wrong (despite the confirmation), and they said that they will not accommodate my dog at all (despite of this being their mistake). Perhaps they need to re-train whoever's in charge of booking appointments (he or she has to be familiar with telling time and operating their calendar software, or at least know how to read and write). They do need to work on their customer service. But a fail is a fail, and they've just lost a customer.

    Grooming Appointment...

    I would like to express my gratitude for the excellent service I recently received at the Kennedy Commons Petsmart. It was really nice to feel appreciated for my business, the staff were courteous and attentive, and most importantly I love the way my poodle was groomed, a big thank you to Marlene and all of her staff!
