    Extremely rude an...

    Extremely rude and incompetent staff. They botched my appointments twice. I was booked on the wrong day and the other time they booked me with the wrong service provider. I did not even get an apology from the staff. I saw one of the administrators being extremely discourteous, combative and abusive to one of the client over some disagreement. I stopped going to this establishment but I let you make your own judgement.
