Dr Hong has been my doctor for a few years now. I’ve nothing but a good word re her care and professionalism. She’s knowledgeable and efficient. The staff in particular Gina and Akay are tremendously friendly and helpful. Keep it up folks .... you guys rock!

Didnt take long to get in, doctor was helpful and knowledgeable.

Dr. Leung is the worst dr I ever been to. No knowledge. He is very quick to dismiss your issues and ideas of what could be the problem since other test results are negative. He literally told me I should not have come to the walk-in regarding my issue and I should have went to my family dr. Keep in mind I was in pain and it was on the weekend. He is just another dr who cares about the money and not patients. He is worthless and incompetent. He is uncaring towards male patients. Proof in reviews

I would never recommended anyone going here. I went in on Saturday and was advised my paper work was ready 3 times prior to going. I took a taxi there and it took over an hour to located my paper work. I was charged an extra 50$!!!! On taxi because they where unable to locate my documents. The African American man at the front then swore at me when I told him he could have done his job better seeing the paper was RIGHT INFRONT OF HIM. He then also followed me outside threating me. dnt go there.

Worst clinic in Scarborough!! Female dr is extremely rude doesn't listen or helps. She advised me I can only tell her one issue and to come back.i was the only client there. I would never recommened this place to anyone

Great clinic with great staff

My experience with Dr. Hong was good. She's young but compassionate and caring. She gave treatment options and did not force anything on me. She only wanted what I felt comfortable with. The clinic is great, with nice staff, great hours and a lab so you can do your blood work. Super convenient. I hate/avoid doctors so for me to decide to continue with Dr. Hong is huge. I'm happy to finally have found a family doctor.

Awful experience. Dr. Melina Hong is rude, egotistical and inexperienced. She lacks depth and knowledge. She argued with me for about 10 minutes about a blood test. Um, I think that's within my rights as a patient? Do NOT go to her!! Go to anyone else but her!

AMAZING!!! Dr. Leung and Brent in the pharmacy helped me so much I can never thank them enough. They were so detailed in explaining everything to me and it made me feel so comfortable in what steps I had to take. Just unbelievable team work. Even the receptionist is kind and informative. Just simply the best clinic and team I have ever been to.
