Great vegetarian ...

Great vegetarian dishes! Friendly staff and solid crowd. There are mini televisions in each booth and they don't charge a minimum amount to watch a PPV event.

Bad chicken wings

We left without eating, the chicken wings come uncooked. Very bad experience and never going back.

A Good Meal in Scarborough

Shoeless Joe's always has the right meal for the mood you are in. A quick casual dinner - the burgers and various sandwiches are fantastic. Want something a little more formal - the steak is done to perfection. The staff are friendly and treat you like family. The restautrant is very clean and you can sit at a booth and control your own tv to watch the sport of your choice. Kid friendly too.

First off, I want to say that I really wanted to like this place. There are very few restaurants in this area worth going to, and this isn't one of them. We start off with calamari that was oily and the dipping sauce wasn't very good. They were cut into strips which made them like breaded pasta. My girlfriend got a grilled vegetable wrap which according to her was good, despite pulling large chunks of onion skin out of her mouth every 3 or 4 bites. My rib and wing platter came with only 5 decent wings and a cold 1/3 rack of ribs which were fatty. I ordered them "Cajun" style, which for some reason made the ribs taste like hot dogs, as it was fatty and salty and artificially smokey. To top it off we ordered the cheesecake paddles to share, which was a huge let down as they taste like waxy chocolate and not much else, they are way smaller then they are advertised in the picture, and come in a stumpy martini glass with whipped cream in the bottom of it, which I thought was ice cream in the picture. We each took a bite and that was it. I told my server that they were tasteless and we didn't like them. He then replied with a long story about how as a kid he tried cheesecake and to him it tasted rotten and because of that he never had cheesecake again. Oh, and he still billed us for it. Adding to the awesome atmosphere my server comes out with a hat and tells everyone that whoever screams the loudest wins it. So all the kids start screeching in octaves never heard before. I understand it's a sports bar, but they are posing as a restaurant. The food was awful, my server was annoying the atmosphere was disruptive and to top it all off, that majestic experience cost me $78. I know this place just opened but it has a long way to go.
