Boston Pizza

Our server was rude and condescending. When we looked at a pamphlet with a picture of a large glass of beer and a huge $1.00 under it we assumed the beer was $1.00. It was deceiving and said somto the server. The response was something like “ I did not make the pamphlet”.Then when we asked how much a 9 oz glass of wine was his response was “ I do not know the price of thousands of items on the menu”. Then when one of us ordered the California Chickensalad it came without chicken. There is more.

Yummy, yummy, yummy!! ;) Good prices too, and thanks for delivering.

WORST WAITRESS IN MY ENTIRE LIFE

I was completely dissapointed with the horrendous service I received. Firstly, my waitress was ignorant and I had hostesses getting drinks for my table. Then to top it off my server stood over top of me when trying to count my change AND pocketed my $15 change for a tip…after being a wreck of a waitress! I also ordered food to go and after waiting 40+ minutes we had to ask a host to retrieve our take out food! she did NOT check up on us once! will NOT be returning to this location EVER again.

Awful. Servers are undertrained, or just have no idea how to do there job correctly. Asked for a chocolate milk, coors light bottle, canadian draft, and a glass of pino, ended up with chocolate milk, Apple juice, Budweiser and Chardonnay. Coors was correct, however no idea who the apple juice was for. Food portions much smaller than normal Boston pizza, the server brought random dishes as if we had ordered an appitizer when we hadn't. Had to remind for refills constantly. While the server was polite and friendly, it was still an overall bad experience.

WORST PLACE EVER

my friend and i went around 9pm on a tuesday night. the service was horrible, we had 3 servers come up to us to ask for drinks. we ordered our drinks. took about 25mins for her to come back with them(2 pops).my friend ordered nachos(cheese wasnt melted, chips tasted a bit spicy, cold) i order the cheese bread(cheese wasnt melted,cold, tasted like it was sitting in the kitchen too long). we had to wait 45mins for our food too.we then finally left the resutuarnt at 10:25pm i believe. we got up and left, and didnt want to pay for it. it was discusting.

Hated it!!!

I went there with my family and ordered pizza & wings which I expected to be good. The pizza was still frozen in the middle when it came to the table!!! It was shocking. We spoke to a manager and he wanted to give us a certificate to come again another time, we said no thanks we don't want to come back....and I never will! And I could believe the prices!

Wifes a vegetarian and at the time they didn't have much of a selection. We asked the waitress if the cook could make a vegetarian pita (which almost all other restaurants do) said she'd be right back and we sat there for 10 minutes. Nothing. We could see her coming and going and other waiters walking around looking at us. The place was empty. So we got up and left.

Boring, bland, flavourless, dull...

My water had more flavour than the pizza. I actually had to add salt to it, and I'm not one who uses much salt. The "Greek" salad was dressed with oil. That's it. No acid at all. No lemon, no vinegar, no flavour. It was disgusting. And the server really didn't care. If I ever go back to BP, it will be under protest.

Ordered out with my wife and since we were in a rush, we figured we would call while out and pick up the food on the way home. It took almost an hour after we arrived the proper 15 minutes after ordering. The total time to get a decent burger and a mediocre order of pasta was over an hour. The manager acknowledged the awful service and gave us a free piece of bread for our wait @.@ Never going again.

My friends and I are frequent visitors of BP and we enjoy ourselves everytime. We usually order meals but on this occasion we stopped by after our work party at the quality inn behind BP. We had about 12 people with us who already had more then a few drinks in them and kept ordering more. There was one older male who works with us who was hammered and is at BP everyweekend making a fool of himself and they take care of him well even after he broke two glasses. Needless to say he was an embarassmant to us but our waitress didnt freak out on him like i would have which i give her great respect for. Our waitress was amazing and the food we order came fast and was delicious as always even though the kitchen was closing in 30 minutes. I have never had a bad expirence when going to this BP and my friends and I will definately be comming back.

i love BP! yes, its a little over priced, but...

i love BP! yes, its a little over priced, but most of ontario street's servers are pretty awesome, so it makes it worth the extra $$... plus, if you pick the right things from the menu (by actually reading the descriptions below the item) the food is pretty good. i am a frequent BP'er... and my last experience, with nicole as my server was wonderul. Thanks BP!

kayy i LOVE this restaurant. i eat here at least once a week. i LOVE the staff. they are always so nice and theyre like real people like u can actually have a conversation with them.. theyre not those fake smile servers. theyre great! but i do have to admit their prices are kinda high..

I love this restaurant. I find the pizza there to be the best. I think the prices to be too high though and this limits my visits considerably. I particularly like the Curry Chicken Pizza (my sister hates it).

I've been to this location several times and I find the food to be quite good. I've never had anything to complain about with it. The service can be a bit slow at times and yes the girls do appear to be hired solely on looks so be aware of that. Some do tend to wear tights shirts but that's mostly on the bar side where it's to be expected. The girl on the restaurant side wear Boston Pizza shirts and they seem to fit appropriately. I have on occasions asked for extra sauce with my meals and they have brought it out with my meals always. If you're nice to them they'll be nice and keep checking up on you. Some problems we've had though is with the take-out portion. Pretty much everytime we've ordered take out something was either missing or there wasn't enough of what we had ordered. Once I ordered spaghetti and meatballs and I had hardly any sauce on my dinner. I had to heat some up at home to cover it. All in all it's a fine restaurant, the food is pretty good and the service is alright but nothing to write home about. I'd say stay away from weekends like Friday and Saturday nights. The place is PACKED on those nights.

muuuugggghhhh. what can i say, small portions, waitresses were sorta helpful and it seemed like we put them out by being there. and extra sour cream cost 2.50!!!!!!! are u kidding me...i woulda brought my own large tub from home if i knew they'd skimp like that!!! i was robbed!

The waitress was abrupt with us , and the place was very noisy, and when she was explaining the specials, we could not even hear her , she talked too fast and was mumbling, she rolled her eyes at my grandfather who sould not decide what he wanted right away. The food when it finnaly arrived was not even that hot, for the price we paid the food was nothing to write home about and the portions were chincy. Plus we could not even have a good conversation because the place was too loud. And to top it all off there were several mistakes with our order.
