Coy Barch

So far 2 years to do something that all research says should take 1 year maybe 14 months. Lies on affidavit meant to be clients words. Truly does not care.

Did not know better as Barch handled a few matters for my Father. After a year the executor resigned,Barch sent an affidavit written by him but in my name which contained a number of falsehoods. I had to hire another lawyer to write a truthful affidavit. After 17 months he sent the forms to the court. They were rejected. He then went on Holiday. I am the sole beneficiary with an uncomplicated set of assets willed to me. Even if things go well from now on, it could be 2 years to settle. Beware

I dealt with Mr. Barch to get a document notarized. He was very quick and efficient, and a very nice man overall. He was a pleasure to deal with.
