I do NOT like prebooking my seat location! In the past, if someone is excessively noisy, or coughing with a bad virus near me, I have been able to select a better seat. Now when buying tickets you must commit to a seat location at the time of purchase. I've been there a few times with this system, and from now on, I will go to Niagara Falls now to see movies. It is further for me, but a better experience.
