I went to Boston pizza on upper centennial to have wings at 1030 at night I ordered 16 wings and a veggie platter the brought out my food I broke a soft soggy carrot in half and told server they were gone bad he walked over to we’re all the staff were sitting at a table like they were there for a party not work they all touched carrots to see one guy quickly ran to kitchen and put water on them and brought them back how disgusting is that if they can treat and do gross things like that

Racism

The customer service was horrible. We went and waitress showed up but didn't bring our order for an hour. When we finished eating up and got ready to go, no one showed up to take the bill for at least for half an hour.We had to go to her and asked to come but then again had to wait for 10 minutes. She was so racist towards us and did not treat us good. She was so rude. My cousins were over from Vancouver for the first time and even they felt so bad and said it never happened in B.C ever like that.

Good Times with Good People

I have been to most of the Boston Pizza in the area and I have found this one to be the best, hands down. I normally sit at the bar unless I'm showing up with friends. They have a good selection on the menu, the prices are high but you are good a good size portion and good quality food. I love the bar selection, good beer on tap and a wide variety behind the bar. I have been there during the day and the evening as well, not as busy during the day, more of a quite mellow spot to chill. In the evening it can get busy and the staff are running around making sure everyone is taking care of. They do have a patio that in my opinion it is not great, its a little small, the chairs are uncomfortable (nothing more then typical plastic lawn chairs) they have glass walls up that look good but if your sitting facing the parking lot and car pulls up you get the headlights in the face (maybe they should tint it or something). They have a wide variety of music playing, during the day each time I have been they have had the oldies playing, at night its everything from AC/DC to Big and Rich it all goes. The staff work hard and run around on the busy nights but they seem to have fun and are not afraid to stop and talk, they all do a great job and with out a doubt are under paid (so tip them well, I know I couldn’t do that job) Items that I have had that I recommend: Jambalaya Fettuccini Chicken and Mushroom Fettuccini Baked Chipotle Bacon Penne Great White North Pizza Spicy Perogy Pizza The Meateor Pizza Chipotle Chicken and Bacon Salad Spinach Salad Caesar Salad

Terrible. F.

Visited this restaurant with my wife (and 3 month old daughter in a baby carrier). As soon as we sat down I noticed a foul smell. Couldn't figure out what it was initially, then I realized it came from the table. I suspect it had been wiped down with a cloth that hadn't seen the business end of a cleaning implement in some time. Instructed my wife not to touch the baby after touching the tables. Off to a great start. We placed our orders, which were pretty simple. I ordered a half sub and salad, and my wife ordered a personal pizza and salad. Her pizza and salad were fine (when they finally came, the service was ridiculously slow), but my order wasn't. The sub was cold and seemed barely paased near a source of heat. The house salad dressing tasted like low end vegetable oil combined with the heady flavour of dirt. Easily the worst dressing I've ever tasted. Over all, our experience at this Boston Pizza was in keeping with our experiences at other Boston Pizzas in the GTA: Slow service, and mediocre to poor food. We've written the whole chain off, and won't make the mistake again.

The Best Part Of My Meal Was Leaving The Restaurant

It was my dad's 51st birthday. Its tradition in our family to go out on everyone's birthday to a restaurant of their choice (or in my case, since I work in a restaurant, stay home and have big steaks). We had been to this Boston Pizza once before and found it adequate. Today would not be a repeat performance. Firstly, I'd like to state that the restaurant was not entirely busy. There were other tables, yes, but it was nowhere near packed. We were not greeted by the hosts with a smile or even a "how are you, how many today?". We got a "bar side or restaurant?". Fine, whatever. Maybe she was having a bad day. We were seated at a dirty table. And then we waited... and waited... and waited. For ten minutes we were ignored by our server, Lindsay. Shockingly, yes, I know her name, because I still have the receipt. Finally she decides to arrive at the table, makes no apology for the delay, and proceeds to take our drink and appetizer order. Ten minutes later, she returns with our drinks and apologizes because the appetizer we ordered was not available. Whatever, we ordered something else, along with our main course. It was about this time that dad pointed out that the vents were screeching loudly, and ultimately, that was all we heard for the rest of our dinner. I still have the headache. Our appetizer arrived. It looked great. The taste? Not so much. It seemed like everything on the platter was seasoned with the same mixture of hot spices that ultimately made my and my parents' mouths buzz. I shrugged it off. The menu had warned that it would be spicy. Our main course arrives finally, and I order another pepsi and dad orders a lemonade from someone who was not our waitress. I'm starved and the wings look great. I bite into my -honey garlic- wings, and they are SPICIER than the mild wings we had had with the appetizer. The celery sticks are warm and limp. My mother's Tuscany pizza was still doughy and raw in the middle, and my father was not impressed with his deluxe pizza. My pepsi arrives, but dad's lemonade is missing in action. She wanders off to get it, and returns maybe seven minutes later with it. Then off she goes again, ignoring our existence until its time to pay. She hands us the bill and once again disappears into oblivion. We stand at the debit machine, waiting for someone to help us for a few minutes, before another person, again, not our waitress, comes over to ring us through. She was snotty and sarcastic. Leaving the restaurant today was probably the best experience I will ever have with Boston Pizza, because I am NEVER going back again.

I get very frustrated with Boston Pizza, because they have such a fantastic looking menu, but I have been disappointed with almost EVERYTHING I have ordered there. The beef dip sandwich was so boring, bland- how do you wreck a beef dip? And the 3 cheese thing was disgusting! Overcooked pasta, greasy sauce, yuck. Everything I've tried is very processed, no spice, etc. It's so disappointing, because the menu looks so good, and I want to like the restaurant very much, but I just don't! Especially when you pay so much to eat something you've got to choke down. I know I'll keep trying though... there's got to be SOMETHING decent to eat there. The service and the atmosphere is great, though! They are a very kid-friendly restaurant. I like that. That is probably why I'll keep going back.
