    Kevin assisted us in choosing our beautiful radiant heat gas fireplace. We just love it and, as promised, it heats our whole cottage! The installation was smooth, efficient, and clean.     They DO NOT stand behind their quotes ! We had contacted them for some quotes on stone for a renovation project. We had multiple quotes from them on different stone colours. We ordered & paid for the stone and waited for the 2 week delivery. The day before the stone was to be delivered they called and said they messed up on pricing and it was triple the cost !!! Quote says Price Is Honourable for 30 Day but they would not honor. Now have to wait another 2 weeks to order from another supplier

    Steve did contact us via phone for a quote. Despite the email exchange neither us nor the client caught the obvious error of being quoted 3 sqft vs 3 crates @ 114 sqft. When the error was caught by logistics Steve was contacted immediately and offered a significant discount. Despite our profuse apologies Steve decided to purchase elsewhere and given an immediate and full refund. Pricing was honourable on 3 square feet however Steve was unreasonable wanting the square foot price for 114 sqft.
