I blocked hotels a year in advance last year to have saved for my wedding guests. My wedding guests were trying to book and the hotel told them it was full. Went in and found out they are now magically blocked by someone else and not available to me. Emailed/Called management not a single response no apology at all. Nowhere for my guests to stay now I have to go outside of town and pay out of my pocket for expensive shuttles. : ( Brides BEWARE!
