Pleased

I recently went to Roy's Coffee Shop with my boyfriend last Saturday, we are both from out of town, and decided on the cute diner for breakfast. Our waitress got to us very quickly, and was very friendly. Our food came out in a timely manner, however, the home fries were a little greasy, but nothing to fuss over. Over all, it was enjoyable. I will be returning for sure, and I recommend this place!

Good Food...........Customer Service = 0

Well, I went to Roy's this morning to pick up an order and what an experience to say the least. If you ever want to see poor Customer Service at it's finest you got to stop in on a Saturday. I'm not sure what's wrong with the girl working and I don't care.....I'm a Customer. Horrible attitude on the phone and when I got there. The food was good although I had to eat it with my hands because she didn't pack anything with it. Ketchup would have also been nice with my breakfast potatoes....not offered. I am also in the Customer Service industry and this girl would seriously last less than an hour where I work. Service through the week is great, I believe it's Pam who is always friendly and goes out of her way to serve her Customers. I will NOT go back on a Saturday ever again, for that kind of service I'll make my own food. As for princess.....didn't get the name. You have a lot to learn and it's a good thing your bosses are so lenient. Perhaps factory work would be a better choice.

It reminds me of a 50s dinner Hours are a little weird - they aren't open for supper
