Terrible- front end staff are very childish and no professionalism. Would never go back

MY HAIR IS RUINED!!

I went to enviro trends a few months ago, was not happy at all with the outcome of my hair. The last time I went I had it died blond. They put some toner in it so it wouldn't be yellow. This time they didn't. People are asking me "What did you do to your hair?" I reply to them, "It was Enviro Trend down in Sudbury." My hair is yellow like a banana and very dead. I have to leave it like this for a while because if it looks like if I have to put more die in it I will be bald the next day. I feel like I am the most uggliest person at the moment because they ruined my hair! The worse things is I payed almost $250, I almost cried.
