The place seems a little dirty. I order my meal to find out that they did not pack what I ordered. They would rather argue then to honour good customer service
I order from this restaurant quite often and I always get everything I ordered. The food is always hot and tastes good. The service is ok, not the best but as long as the food tastes good and I get what I ordered, that is all that matters to me.
All the food I've had from here is very good.
Like any Chinese restaurant you need to CONFIRM your order. Have them read back to you what you have ordered, if you don't you may not get what you think you ordered.

We order from here periodically, and the food is definitely great, its hot when we get it, we don't dine in... and its all hours of the night.. we order at 3am sometimes!. Great food, fast service.
I ordered chicken wing dinner and they sent me beef with broccoli which i'm allergic to so called to see if they can do something about it and they told me it's my fault....they wrote down what i said! WHAT? please!
Plus they burnt my wings one time and they hard as a rock and black!..They told me they always cook it the same...so basically ... they said i was wrong
The service is terrible. Even if Ms. Swann could understand you it wouldn't make a difference. In my last order they forgot to include sauce, 1 wonton soup, lemon sauce for the lemon chicken, plum sauce, soya,and the fortune cookies. Mrs. Swann you are the worst!
When I went in to pick up my order I saw something small and dark scuttle across the floor just on the other side of the take out window. When I asked the woman working there what it was she just shrugged her shoulders. It wad either a roach or a small mouse, but whatever it was it definitely made me lose my appetite. I told her never mind, I didn't want my order after all and she began shouting at me, telling me I had to pay for it whether I took it or not. When I refused the owner came out and I explained the problem. He said they hadn't taken out the trash in the back for the night yet and maybe something had crawled out of it! Gross!!! Never suggest coming here unless you want to find maggots in your lo mein or something. I have never been yelled at or spoken to so rudely in my life!! Wish there was a zero star rating as these guys deserve it.

I've eaten and ordered delivery from every Chinese Restaurant in Sudbury. The Orient had hands down the best Chinese food that I have had anywhere. Service excellent, subsitute any ingredients.

This is without a doubt the best chinese food I have ever tasted. I happened to be staying in the motel that joins onto it and was too tired to go driving around in search of food, so I just walked over and picked it up. What a pleasant surprise. They have a few tables if want to eat there, but it seems to be mostly takeout. I just wish they would open a location in the Toronto area. But when ever I'm up in Sudbury or passing through I will be stopping in for lunch or dinner, for sure.
