    The manager was rude, and argued with me over the fact that hamsters should not be sold guinea pig food as someone in the store had. The hamster ended up passing away. She had ZERO empathy, misdirected blame, was very uneducated about hamsters in general (Did not know about min cage sizes, know idea what tophor was) and after she told me "You are very knowledgeable but I would NEVER hire you because you dont know how retail works). The manager should be fired. (LaSalle Location)

    Have been a Pet Food Warehouse Customer for 15 years. Have enjoyed the Staff at LaSalle location (Susan and staff) extremely! Always a pleasant shopping experience and thoroughly informed assistance for my three cats and one dog.Many Thanks for years of dedicated service! Peter M

    I felt like Julia Roberts from pretty woman. I was looking not my best, trying to run a couple errands before a Christmas luncheon. I tried to buy a cat carrier and the old lady working rips the carrier out of my hand telling me I'm annoying asking too many questions. When I said "that's terribly rude" she replied with "ya it is so what!" ... This is the worst customer service I have ever received. Had my hair been done and I had makeup on, I'm sure she would have treated me much better. :(
