We had emergency back up of our septic, on the Saturday following christmas. After calling several companies in my home town (only to find out they were closed for holidays) i was fortunate enough to stumble on John. He was located 40 minutes away and was at my house in 50 minutes of me calling him. John went above and beyond, not only helping to resolve my issue, but also spending the time to explain to me how to maintain my systems to prevent issues in the future. I was very lucky to find him!
