Me and my wife went in to look for a car at carhub Chrysler and what a pleasant experience we had from the moment we walked in. Roland our product advisor greeted us and made us feel like family. He was extremely helpful, patient and provided exceptional customer service.
Worst dealership I have ever been to. Once you sign you are lied to and given the run around. Every promise was was broken. Had to deal with 4 managers who all just gave me the run around and kept passing me off to others. They even miss registered the truck and told me that it was my problem. My first vehicle purchase was terrible and I would never buy another vehicle from north York Chrysler. Do yourself a favour and have your vehicle moved to any other Chrysler dealership to avoid dealing with this shady dealership. Once they have your money they don't care about you and will make it difficult to get any issues resolved. The process from start to finish was horrible. Randy and his sales team are very unprofessional and I would not recommend north York chrysler.
