decent food, terrible service

Where do I begin? Well, we arrived around noon on a hungover sunday looking to muck some good eats. I was accompanied by 4 of my buddies who were looking for something different than Early Birds just up the street. Shortly after we arrived, we were greeted by our server who took our drink orders. They arrived in good time and the coffee wasn't half bad. The menu was quite extensive and offered a variety of options that could be taylor-made. We all ordered breakfast items, except for Ti, who ordered a tuna wrap. Lowg had to get pancakes instead of waffles because the waffles got stuck in the waffle-maker and couldn't come un-stuck. After about 15 minutes we got our food and began to muck it like barn. I quickly noticed that I didn't receive the bacon that I had ordered. Surprisingly, the waitress also noticed and said that it would be right out. It wasn't until 10 minutes later (when I was nearing completion of my meal) that the bacon arrived. I was not impressed. On top of that, no refills were offered and I only drank one cup of coffee as opposed to my usual 3-4. In sum, food was good, service was terrible. No tip was left. Sorry babe.

To Pricey !!

I am sorry to report but it must be said..I find Cosmo's a little to pricey for what you get namely the breakfast ..I can go up the street and get a breakfast just as good at a much lower price..This is a small town and we should have small town prices not like prices you would find in a big city like T.O ...The girls are very nice but not to quick..but dont take my word it's always best to try it yourself..great 50's style atmosphere though :o)

We always loved this place. the food has always been great. the service has never been the fastest, but the girls there are always polite and the great food makes up for the little bit of slowness. The sad thing is last time i was there, i don't know what was going on, but we found 3 hairs in our food, and had the food returned and redone. when the food finally came back...again there was hair in it. c'mon cosmo's pick it up a little

Food was alright. My husband walked in with a...

Food was alright. My husband walked in with a Tim Horton's cup, which was empty, and wanted to throw it out and the waitress came up to us and abruptly said "You can't have that in here!" WHAT A WAY TO WELCOME CUSTOMERS! She was very short with us and cold the whole time we were there. The food was alright but the service was absolutely horrible.
