Zero star service and food! Ripped off and misinformed. Poor service. And cheap food. Dont order from here!
I ordered food at 1 am and it's been like 2 hours and I still didn't get my food, and when I called they didn't answer my calls. Smh
Amazing poutines but only when the right chef is on great delivery but again depends on the delivery person I ordered on a Monday and I had the best experience their so far! Keep up the great work chez nous
foods awsome is love the poutin and burgers spececially the deep fried pickles and dont forget the onion rings! but most of all the hot cashier!
Poutine is the greatest, when the right cook is on, it's convient when you are hungry late at nite, other than that , its good.....
atmosphere and service go hand in hand, staff is very busy and very short which leads to some shortness in temper and politeness, staff does not always appear to be to friendly place used to be very dumpy but they cleaned up a bit OK for a take out joint, cleanliness is questionable poutine is inconsistent some times very good and sometimes undercooked or swimming in sauce depends on cook and time of day
Last time. I have been ordering from this stinkhole for a long time, and this is the last time. Always say "ok, half hour to 45 minutes" sometimes it comes, sometimes it doesn't. All the time, it's cold. Get it together.
ITs got awsome food when they got the good chef workin when theres no dirt on the patatos hah but other then that best poutine ever!
Its very good food, But why must they bee So Rude they always almots haing out on your face when You order and when you go and get you food they are more Rude In person.. GET NEW STAFF..
Although that the food is really satisfying, the service not so much. Most of the employee's are very rude, and make it unpleasent for the customer, we encourage you to tell your employee's to improve their attitude. This kind of attitude can most likely make someone not want to eat there again. Thank you for your cooperation.
FOOD IS GREAT BUT THE SERVICE IS HORRIBLE. I FIND THE WORKERS TAKING MY ORDER HAD A ATTITUDE PROBLEM THEY SEEM IMMATURE AND NOT PROFESSIONAL. MY ADVICE CHANGE NOTHING BUT THE CUSTOMER SERVICE.
I've heard from several people in the area how great the food at Chez Nous is. However, I went there today and thought wow, do the people work here like serving people at all. I honestly felt like we were imposing and they weren't friendly to the least. The girl working in the kitchen was just rude and so was the young girl working at the cash register. I asked a simple question and my answer was short followed by an eye roll. Would it kill the people who work there to smile or even seem that there job isn't hell for just a moment? Really not impressed at all with their service or lack there of.
So I decided I wanted to try out the famous Chez nous poutine ! In fact the Poutine was great a real poutine with lot of sauce and cheese ! But the discusting service turned me down a little and made my meal taste a bit sour ! The girl at the cash was talking to me like if she wanted to slap me in the face ! I almost felt bad to disturb her ! So I like the food hate the service !
The food was excellent. Still very warm when I got it. I got my food in less than 30 minutes. The lady at the cash was nice, and smiled a lot.
There ceasar salad was the bomb!!!! The cook (also the owner) was young and beautiful, always smiling even though she was busy cooking answering phones baging orders and working the cash. The food was fresh and very tasty. The store was a home away from home. Happy environment!!
I LOVE Chez nous poutine! I left Timmins a few years ago and I still crave it. I tell everyone who goes to Timmins to try it out :)
food was horribly wrong. customer service sucked real bad. never ever going again.

i had ordered two large poutins my fries were NOT cooked and when i called to let them know that they had sent me uncooked fries the girl was rude and told me that the complainte department opened the next day at 11AM therefore i have not ordered chez nous since then! the staff is rude and the food was uncooked!!! NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!
Chez-Nous has the best Poutine in the world ... reason being they used real cheese curds and their gravy is home made fresh each day. The potatoes are always fresh cut on site as well. Wether you need a hunger fix after a late night at the bars or a quick fix dinner meal ... you can't go wrong with a large quebec. Chez-Nous rules and each year I make my way to Timmins from London to enjoy a Large Quebec ... Don't knock 'til you've tried it ! Sure it may not be the healthiest meal in the world ... but it sure tastes good !
