Canadian Tire General Store - Centerpoint Mall

I have never encountered a sadder more demoralized work force. Furthermore most of them cannot speak English with clarity . There is no-one EVER available for help/service either on the hone or in person. When a live human is found - the service is sullen & despondent. This is an enterprise that deserves to go bankrupt I cannot fathom why this ghastly location still thrives. I concur the rot begins at the top and seeps down to the foot soldiers. Shocking and dismal. Dread going there...

Worst Autoshop by far.

Do not buy your Skate shoes in this CANADIAN TIRE location because they charge you for the first sharpening which is free in the other nearby CANADIAN TIRE locations.

Discriminatory attitude against coloured people

Today August 3, 2017 @ Yonge and Steeles Canadian Tire (Centre Point Mall) light was off three mites after and the staff ignored the Asian guy and a lady before us and asked us to move to the cash area. I asked why he didn't tell them first but no answer. What a discriminatory attitude at Canadian Tire in the 21st Century. I will never shop there again!

Worst experience. Avoid this place even if you have to pay more/wait longer somewhere else. TERRIBLE. Service department didn't care at all, tried to lie about my car and what I needed. They wanted me out and it was clear (after they told me it would take 2-3 hours, but ended up being more than 5). Told me to take my car without what I asked them to do... DO NOT GO HERE.
