Best Pubs to Get Your Irish On in Toronto

Fans of the Saint can pound the snow off their boots on the weathered hardwood floors and gather round the wood-burning fireplace at this well-loved traditional Irish pub in Riverdale. Where to celebrate St. Patrick’s Day in Toronto

While it might be surrounded by Greek eateries, there’s no question about the allegiance of this authentic Irish country pub on the Danforth. Irish flags hang above the bar, the bartenders have distinct accents and the bathroom doors are labeled in Gaelic. There’s also an intimate snug (a small private room) and warmth emanating throughout the space from the oversized wood-burning fireplace. St. Patrick’s Day brings a party-like atmosphere with traditional Irish folk music and impromptu dancing.
