Highly unprofessional. When I showed up for my appointment, I was told my record didn’t exist. Then the nurse turned away, without an apology, or offering me to book another one. Another lady who got the same treatment as me tried to reason with the nurse (while I tried to look for another clinic) got yelled at. Most if not all people came here for immigration related issues that have strict deadlines. How could they play such cruel jokes on us?
