“Presentation is important with food,” says Andy Chon chef and owner of ND Sushi & Grill. “It’s like going out for a date; you dress to impress. I see food the same way.” Andy sees clients as coming out for a date with his food; it’s up to him to put in the effort. Plates of fresh and tasty sushi, sashimi, maki and tempura arrive at your table like exquisite miniature works of art. “It needs to look as good as it tastes.”
You could say the minute perfection of the cuisine matches that of the restaurant itself; it’s a tiny, cozy spot with minimalistic decor reflecting Japanese aesthetics.
