Lawrence Bailey, owner of New Image Car Spa, puts a premium on the value of his word. If he says his shop opens at eight in the morning, he will be there before eight, waiting for your car to drive in. If someone brings in their car for detailing, Lawrence will tell them right off the bat what’s involved and how long it’ll take. He’s experienced enough in the world to know that one of the most important things in business is establishing a reputation of trust, honesty and integrity, and strives to better himself every day.

It’s not enough for Lawrence to know his clients are getting a good detailing job. He wants them to know they’re getting the best detailing job, which involves his character as much as the work itself.
