Understaffed, over seasoned, mediocre, boring.

I was here on a saturday night and service was slow as molasses. Most of the main entrees were loaded with salt and barely edible. The mixed drinks were watered down. It took 10 minutes for us to get water, 20 minutes before they took our order, 40 minutes to get our food. The place was understaffed on a Saturday night, and the restaurant was half full. I had a clear view of the door and every time someone came in, they were forced to stand and wait in limbo at least 7 minutes before someone acknowledged their presence and offered to seat them. I could tell it was very awkward for incoming patrons to be standing there at the door not knowing what to do. On the bright side, the place looked clean, had a good atmosphere, the staff wasn't rude or anything, washrooms were clean, and music was tolerable. That's about all the good things I have to say, I did not feel like I got good value for my money. This place does not accept debit, its cash or credit only.

Drinks were watered-down. We came on "Ladies Night" and the martinis were supposed to be "lower priced". When we got the bill, they were the regular price. Waitress screwed up our order, and then got mad at us even though we were very pleasant about it. We had a discount coupon but she only applied it to 6 of the 8 meals, even though at the beginning of the evening we told her we had a coupon and she assured us that it would apply to all of the meals. Not sure if I'll go again... there was good entertainment there though.
