My family & I eat at sandy's about twice a week we love it & the price is wonderful. they are a happy family bissness & really nice people whom make you feel welcome & remember you from the visit before :)

Best chinese food that I've had so far in...
Best chinese food that I've had so far in Toronto. Noodles aren't overcooked, they don't taste like shrimp, the rice is sooooo awesome, and the lemon chicken is great. I've been going to this restaurant since 2004. The only negative thing I have to say is that Delivery is not always available and it takes too long sometimes.

If you're on a budget, you've come to the right...
If you're on a budget, you've come to the right place. Sandy's daily specials are very cheap ($5.00), the portions are large and the quality is excellent. I tried their black bean chicken, rice and vegetable dish. The black bean sauce is authentic and the chicken was lean and tasty. A week before that, I had their vegetable, chicken balls and rice. The vegetables were crisp and tasty, the chicken balls were made of quality white meat and the rice was done to perfection. Service was friendly and attentive.
