Chef Rosa Marinuzzi updates her menu regularly, changing up this fish dish for this lamb flank, this linguine for this lasagna. The result is a delightful romp through the best of this special cuisine, which can all be ably washed down with a pitcher of 7 Numbers’ excellent sangria. On the last Monday of each month, when the restaurant at Eglinton is usually closed for her one day off, chef Marinuzzi opens wide her kitchen to share her secrets. The $85 Italian cooking fee includes the food, the wine and “a chance to make a mess in a kitchen and not clean it up.”
