I had a medical emergency and wanted to talk to my optometrist. He was away on vacation so I requested to speak with another optometrist briefly so I could describe what I was experiencing and if I should go to ER. I was told it was not possible, but I could send an email to my optometrist! Fortunately, I called a medical clinic and they said I need to go to ER. Turned out I had a retinal tear and required urgent laser eye surgery. Had been a patient for 15 years and wont return!

They squeeze you ...

They squeeze you in and rush you around between optometrist, technician, and sales person. They only care about your money. Poor service. Very unprofessional.

Loved their services and I'm impressed with their frames collection. I was on a business trip to Toronto and accidently broke my glasses while boarding a cab. It was my working glasses and I don’t want to strain my eyes too much without them. I loved that frame and I felt like it compliments my style. I wanted a similar one, but never thought I could get the same design here in Toronto. I would recommend all to check-out the collection here.
