RBC branch in Gravenhurst is excellent - only complaint I have is that, if you need to speak to someone in your branch you cannot. The phone system is ridiculous. If I wanted to talk to a machine I would just buy a robot to talk to. It is very frustrating when you cannot get thru to your branch to talk to a live person anymore. Read more
