    Outstanding service and work

    AV has done repairs to my car twice for damage from accidents, the first was to the back bumper and second front left fender. Both times the work was outstanding, the car looked like new. They even touched up some other minor damage to other areas complimentary. They really seem to know what they are doing, even for a high end car. Everybody working there was extremely professional, on point, and very friendly. I would go back here for future work without hesitation. Very nice waiting area too

    Not the best more...

    Not the best more trustable car place, took them over a month to call us back about our vehicle and the first thing they did ( they didn't even ask to speak to the actual owner of the vehicle can you say unprofessional) was blame us for them having the wrong information but we gave them both our direct lines, they also told our insurance but not us that until we pay our deductible they're charging us 60 dollars a day to keep our car there, and they're closed 2 days a week and have very tight business hours. Definitely don't go with them if your insurance says so. Waste of time and money, and the people who work there sound like who are itching for the money, seriously we felt so abraded by this place, NEVER again. Less than 1 star.
