Kristine Kena Hair Salon

I went to Kristina Kena Hair Salon yesterday. I spent the better part of a day in the care of Kristina and her amazing team of stylists (Evelyn, Rose, John) having my roots dyed, hair cut and styled, balayage, threading and makeup. Kristina and her team were very attentive and friendly. I never felt ignored, and they put all of their heart and energy into their work. They made me feel like part of the family, and at the end of the process I was totally satisfied. I highly recommend this salon!!!

DISGUSTING PLACE. Washed my hair with ice cold water. Ruined my hair more then once in many ways. They completely ruined my hair and dont know what their doing. They ruin my eyebrows plenty of times and suck at shaping. Not only my hair but those of my own children. Do not trust this salon. Do not trust these people. They care only for the money. They repeatedly change their prices, think of them on the spot. They made me wait lots of times, for an hour even with appointment.

Bring her back!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I used to go to Kristine every two-three weeks to get my eyebrows threaded. I loved the girl that used to thread my eyebrows, she shaped them beautifully and I would walk out happy with the way my eyebrows looked. I went back and Kristine told me she would thread my eyebrows and I allowed her. I did not like the way they looked after she had threaded my eyebrows and now i'm stuck with uneven, weirdly shaped eyebrows. It is safe to say I will not be back until she brings back my eyebrow lady.

The lady who usually does my eyebrows was busy. I was seen by an elderly lady who did not wash her hands between clients and her hands smelled. I did not want to embarrass her however when threading a client and the thread goes in her mouth, common practise of hamd washing between clients should be mandatory. She took twice as long to do my eyebrows and the shape was terrible.
