Wild Wing

Been to this wild wing twice now. First time was slowest service ever and when the food did come it was cold and person didn't even get there wings by the time everyone was done. They did give us free wing coupon so we tried it again.. was let down once again by far the worst operated wild wings I've ever been too.. use to be a big fan of wild wing but will never return this location again

It is unfortunate to read about the episode experienced by the person who contributed one of the previous reviews. If I got food poisoning, especially from some corporate chain, I would be hopping mad. It looks like this place is a hangout for locals and certain aspects have been neglected. I have heard that same excuse used at other places in WASAGA ( so it's a local cultural thing? ) I went to Wild Wings to watch a band play classic rock tunes on Saturday night. It was impressive. Some of the wait staff were jumping up on the tables like high school girls. Service was friendly, if slow.. They have some difficulty taking instructions. I did NOT eat the food.

Worst Wild Wings Ever!

Called the Wasaga Wild Wings for a take out order. A waitress answer the phone, I asked to place a take out order and she asks "Can you give me a minute?" Sure no problem, I reply. She sat the phone down and took and order from a table. (The phone wasn't put on hold, just sat down.) I waited on the phone for 6 mins and hung up. I tried calling back for over 10 minutes and the phone was busy. So I drove to the Wasaga Wild Wings. When I went in, I went to the bar. I asked the girl to please check and see how long the phone had been "off the hook"? It was 32 minutes. She forgot about a take out order for 32 minutes!! I then asked for a manager. The woman came over and asked what was wrong. I told her the story and said the phone had been off for 32mins. She said that wasn't possible because she had just made a call. Both the waitress and I told her she was wrong and the waitress showed her the phone. Then she said "Well we have been really busy tonight and you would have had to wait 30mins for wings anyways!" I said "Now I have to wait another 30 mins" she said "no it will only take 10mins." I said if you were that swamped how come there is nobody hear? (two people at the bar) I said "there still would be tables if you were that busy, it's only been 30 mins." She says "Would you like me to prove it to you? I said " I don't need to hear your excuses, I just want to order wings!" No one apologized, the wings took over 30mins, and I paid full price! Then I was haggled by one of their regulars! Extremely Poor Service! Terrible Experience!!!

The food was great, very tasty wings, a large variety of taste. The portion was fair accoring to the price. The atmosphere was excellent, very friendly staff, the waitress, I think her name Anna Lisa was outstanding, very friendly always smiling and on the ball. A great place to go and eat, have a beer and enjoy yourself.
