Very DisappointedI I purchased some*overpriced but really nice boxers for My husband. However, when we opened the box, realized they are too big. Even the manager acknowledged the labelling on the box was misleading, as I thought they were Medium. I wanted to return (or exchange) today, but was told they are not able to return underwear. This policy was not mentioned at the time of purchase or on the sales receipt. Losing a customer is worse than losing $35! Will not be returning! :(

Their products are overpriced. Youll find the same things at MEC and Sail in the surrounding areas. The difference is, if you have an issue with your purchase Sail or MEC will return your money for a full refund.. no questions asked. Even if it has been used. Adventure Guide will either refuse or hold your money ransom in the form of a store credit. Even if it has never been worn, and still has all the tags attached.

I went looking for rock climbing shoes. A salesperson directed me right over to the corner stocked with shoes, bags, chalk, rope, and other gear. I'm a complete newbie, but Bob talked me through the types of soles, linings, closures, materials, cuts, downturn etc. He even helped me pick out brands and styles of shoes and gave fitting advice while I tried on no less than 5 pairs of shoes. Bob was exceedingly patient with me. He made my shopping trip a great one. Thanks!
