    Was able to checkin online with my smartphone. I was given an appointment two hours from the time I checked in but didn't have to go sit in the waiting room until my appointment time. Fantastic service! Wish all walkin clinics had this. Dr. Judy was great, too. Very knowledgeable and professional.

    Terrible clinic. ...

    Terrible clinic. Made us wait 2 1/2 hours with my 10 month old. He eventually got upset and started fussing and had rude comments made about him. After 2 1/2 hours I'd be upset too. The lady at the front desk was very miserable and was rude to me when I asked how much longer. Every time I've been there it's been terrible with the people at the front desk. Get another job not working with people. If you have to go to a clinic I highly recommend the one on South Pelham street in Welland. Very nice people and better atmosphere for sick people
