Montana's

The food is always good at this location and staff quite amiable. However, the service is frequently slow and they have a long-standing issue with their fireplace. We had been frequent customers. For well over 2 years they have told me that the fireplace requires parts (that they are awaiting) or the fireplace will start then subsequently shut off. My suggestion, find a reputable service company who will repair the problem. We won't return until their fireplace is repaired

Went a few weeks ago and was not impressed! I love Montana's and this restaurant was not great. Food was not hot and cheese was not melted. Pita chips were soggy. For someone who used to go weekly they have really gone downhill. Waited over 10 minutes to even have drinks ordered. Filled out the survey and received a response from the manager requesting to speak to me by email or phone. And never hear from him again. They obviously don't care how bad their restaurant is. Will never go to this one
