    For the second time this week in -22 degree temps my furnace has failed. Called for service and they told a tech would come within 24 hours. After explaining there is a handicapped person in the house they said there was nothing g they could do. Here we are Sat morning no heat tech says they can come tomorrow morning again explained handicapped person in house they said oh yes they can accommodate me tomorrow yes again 24 hours from now. Crappy service no regard for the emergency situation.

    On August 27th this year we had 2 men from your company tell us we needed a new water heater , came back next day and installed it. It was more than extremely loud and I commented on this and was told all new ones are loud like this. Water heater is just below my dining room and having dinner in there was a nightmare with this noise constantly. I really thought the house was going to blow up. Yesterday it broke , no hot water, Hakim Salamat came tonight around 7:30 and installed new blower
