If you require a competent, knowledgeable, caring, professional to defend you DO NOT hire this guy. I hired him to defend me from family members suing me. He did no research at all. During discovery Sam literally had his laptop open to CNN and paid zero attention to the meeting. At the mediation he called me the black sheep of my family and praised the skill of their lawyer. I was literally gob smacked. He ultimately cost me in excess of $30,000. I asked for a refund and was refused and insulted

We were taken advantage of by a local contractor. Sam was able to recoup our money expeditiously. Sam was highly recommend to us and he lived up to his reputation. Would recommend to anyone.

Absulutely do not recommend Sam A Mossman, does not return calls, had no grasp of case file. Very "reactive" not "proactive". After almost a year, nothing accomplished, except ignoring common courtest to his client and ignoring rights for visitation.
