    Outstanding customer service!

    Called Rick's Auto to have the lug nuts on one of the rear wheels tightened (discovered traveling home all 5 were very loose; loud clunking noise) and asked how much it'd be. Was told to come on down. Not only did Rick promptly correct the issue on the rear tire, but actually went ahead and made sure all my tires were secured (they weren't). He took care of it, and did so in exchange for nothing more than having a good word be put out. He's earned my business for any future repair needs!

    I took my car in to have the brakes repaired. I expected a large bill but Rick found a minor problem and got me back on the road in no time. Good honest service
