The receptionist is rude beyond words. She was actually repeating out loud in a mocking manner, what I was telling her about having to go to the bathroom because of bladder infection. I was told I would see a nurse for a specific price and they changed it once I was there for a doctor at 3 times the price. Nice doctor and nurse but deceptive situation and rude receptionist.

Depuis 9h ce matin et cela fait 10mn que j'essaie de prendre un RDV par téléphone mais je tombe directement sur un message enregistré qui ne me permet pas de laisser de message vocal.Personne à qui parler....

The secretary was extremely rude on the phone when I was trying to make an appointment with Dr.Nguyen. I understand that it is a stressful job but she refused to help me make an appointment and she was so aggressive, disrespectful, and unprofessional. Very disappointed

Je suis une patiente du Dr Shinder maintenant c est officiel et j en suis hyper contente j'ai toujours été soigné par lui en clinique sans rendez vous un médecin très professionnel droit au but ce n est pas qu il n est pas à l écoute mais il sait ce qu il fait avec sa belle expérience cela fait presque 10 ans que je le consulte et c est un honneur maintenant de l avoir comme médecin de famille maintenant et je le recommande à toute personne voulant se faire soigné

First Dr Shinder came 1 hour late. After that he did not want to listen to me, gave me a half diagnostic and told me to leave because he had to take other clients! He's the most unprofessional and unhelpful doctor I ever met.. THE WORST. Don't go see him you'll waste your time and energy...
