    Very Satisfied with the installation performed in my condo, the wall unit is fulfilling all my needs. The Staff was professional and courteous. Will provide reference to friends and family. Thank you !

    Mauvais diagnostique du technicien: il voulais changer le moteur du ventilateur de la thermopompe apres avoir remplacé le condensateur et que tout fonctionnait. Ses explications ne m’ont pas convaincu et il est meme reparti avec le condensateur neuf? Apres investigation, j’ai commandé et changé moi meme le condensateur. Le moteur tourne parfaitement et la thermopompe aussi. Le patron n’a jamais manifesté d’excuses pour cette intervention qui aurait pu me couter 600$.

    Legault connait bien les fournaises. Sa tarification est élevée: 10 minutes pour se rendre chez moi et 45 minutes sur place coûte $150 en main d'oeuvre (plus taxes), incluant un "diagnostic" du problème et une réparation! Ils sont venus à 2 employés, et ceci ne nécessitait qu'une personne. La facture me semble salée.
